We ship using USPS with the additional package tracking. This will give you the most up-to-date delivery information. To track your order, simply use the tracking number that has been provided in your order email. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days. Although, we have most packages out within 3 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Salty Polish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Salty Polish will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Salty Polish due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Salty Polish is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
